For higher education students, the The Disabled Students Allowance (DSA), can provide funding for appropriate support.  Students who wish to apply for DSA funding, have the option of accessing support at their place of study or from an independent specialist tutor. We understand how the experience of dyslexia can impact on your self-esteem and ability to produce what is expected. If you are a student in higher education, we can help you to:

• identify problems and find solutions, skills and coping strategies
• improve and develop sentence structure and grammar
• learn how essays can be planned, researched and presented
• address difficulties with proof reading skills
• learn to spell many new words
• develop research, referencing and presentation skills
• use mind mapping and other planning templates
• work with specialist equipment, such as voice recognition and reading software
